    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have repeatedly been in touch with O2 agents about the 2gb data volt benefit which has not been applied. Each time I get "yes it will be sorted, please wait 14 days" but in never is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do I need to do? Getting very annoyed that I'm still having to chase this up after 4 attempts and several months of not having what I've paid for.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
