I am entitled to extra data from Virgin but find it impossible to access . How is it done?

that’s what’s impossible. I’m signed into My o2 already and when I click the link to sort out bolt it just takes me to a sign in page for my o2 whilst showing me as signed in! We just go round in circles

Try using an Incognito or InPrivate tab in your browser, @ML3 - the Community Forum and MyO2 cookies sometimes get in each other's way. Or use a different browser to access https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
