      <description>&lt;P&gt;i recently had account swapped from virgin to O2.&amp;nbsp; im trying to find when my contract is due to end,&amp;nbsp; however cant access my old virgin account,&amp;nbsp; cant access my O2 account.&amp;nbsp; cant call from mobile as its broken.&amp;nbsp; dont have landline.&amp;nbsp; chat bot is useless.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
