      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received a SIM only contract through my Virgin Media package. That package period has now co concluded, and I now wish to cancel this O2 add on service which I have never actually used. How can I cancel this, O2 are making this very difficult&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
