      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have your double data on O2 but your speed upgrade on your broadband has not come through you will&amp;nbsp; need to talk to Virgin.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;150 from a Virgin Landline or 0345 4541111 from any phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They are well known for being tardy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
