Hi, I'm in Cyprus and need data. I'm from the UK and have a 250gb allowance. I've checked the eurozone destinations and Cyprus has an astrix next to it saying "not including northern Cyprus" however I'm in Ayia Napa which is on the south coast. Please can you help.

Some things to try:
Manually search for another network
Reboot the phone
Turn off 5g in network settings
If you have an iPhone change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
If still not working then contact O2 to remove the Roaming bar on your account.
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

You can only use 25gb of data when in EU.

Once connected manually select a Greek Cypriot network, otherwise there is the chance the phone picks up a northern signal and you will be charged
