    <description>&lt;P&gt;Virgin activated a SIM card request for service I don’t need for another 6 weeks but Virgin now don’t answer their phone and O2 don’t provide a phone number. Cant access the account either because you’ve not sent me the SIM card yet and the activation code has gone there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Difficult to work with.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4849414"&gt;@Noidea2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to speak to &lt;STRONG&gt;Virgin Media on 0345 454 1111&lt;/STRONG&gt; as they will have requested the sim card when the order was placed, as it seems to be linked to how they used to provision the old Oomph Sim Cards.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All o2's numbers can be found easily on all the website under contact us.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
