      <title>Virgin to O2 - No Broadband Upgrade</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have broadband, TV etc with Virgin. My Virgin mobile account switched to O2 on 23rd May. The email received said I would receive double data and a broadband upgrade to the next tier. On my O2 app I can see I have double data and a discount but there is nothing about volt or the broadband upgrade. I have spoken to Virgin but not got an answer. O2 customer services didn't seem to understand the problem and said I needed to upgrade my Sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Addresses and name are the same on both accounts?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
