O2 priority app not working

Hi all

everytime I try and login to o2 priority I get “Sorry we can’t deal with your request at this time” I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app abut still the same message. Is the app down?

Is the website version working for you?

You will need to contact O2 by one of the methods in this guide

Did you reboot phone before reinstalling?

Note that O2 Priority is accessible only via the Priority app, the change happened in Aug-2025, @Enlli - https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/O2-Priority/Priority-via-web-browser-closing/m-p/1805131/highlight/true#M7715
