The tickets were booked via the O2 priority app and included a free drink and ice cream. We cannot see any information on the tickets or website to show that we have this included or information on how to redeem.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>The priority app tells us to just go to the bar to get our free stuff.
