M&S £4.00 prsnt no Codes left

Hi O2 Community.

I won the M&S Weekend Treats £4.00, as part of O2 Blue Mondays, but when I clicked on the prize link, it shows no codes available.

Can someone help please?

I would speak to PRSNT who are the ones who process the rewards..

I will add you are meant to claim these prizes straight away, as if you dont within a certain time frame, it passes onto the next person.

I have the same issue - won the voucher, clicked the link in the email - No Codes Left message.

I have the same issue, won at 6.18am today and has said no codes left since.

I was messaging the AI bot on prsnt which wasn't helpful, delete/reinstall the app and kept saying codes are valid till end of Sunday and it sounds like mine has expired. Despite saying won today and trying to claim today.

Contact them via Social Media, I always found was the way with PRSNT.... @Oh_La_la

Just waiting to speak to someone, it says an hour wait for a human chat and not a bot😂

Refresh the website again, its showing codes now. I've been able to get mine! ❤️
