topic Priority Access Line in O2 Priority

Hi, I'm going to a concert tomorrow at the O2 and I'm getting mixed info on priority access for standing tickets.

The app says that the first 100 people to arrive at the Blueroom after 2:30 will get priority access. But I have seen people say that they queue for this which seems to defeat the point. The app also says that you can't queue for the blue room, so if people turn up early will they be turned away? Thanks.
