M&S Weekend Treats - No Codes Available?

Like another member on this forum, I won the M&S Weekend Treats, as part of O2 Blue Mondays Promotion, but when I clicked on the unique prize link, within the time frame shown, it shows no codes available.

Can someone help please?

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.

If the QR code doesnt work in Store then you need to contact Marks and Spencers Customer Care, as they are the ones who issue the codes and can resolve..

If these QR codes are anything like the Student Beans offer, then you need to go to a normal till and not use the Self Service ones...

Hi @Dave-O2 I also won a M&S gift card yesterday and when I went to redeem today, it said no codes were available.

please can you look into this? I have a screenshot of the webpage
