Hi I also won a £10 gift card on o2 priority blue Monday today. When I redeem the code on prsnt app it says the Code Failed can anyone help me too

I would speak to PRSNT customer services - https://prsnt.io/contact/ as they are the ones who deal with the codes.
It is also worth trying uninstalling and reinstalling the prsnt app and starting again..
