If you're finding contact difficult by the above methods, you can pop in your nearest store with photo ID and walk out with a new sim.

It is your guide that I pointed to @MI5 ; have you considered adding the in-store method to it ?

So many guides need updating.

We used to get editing rights to do so, but that was when we had more staff than just overworked @Dave-O2

Maybe you could contribute with a guide or two @Oxonian

I'm sure your efforts would be appreciated by the members here. It's easy to post guides that others have put the effort into writing so would be nice to put the effort in yourself 👍
