I keep having messages and emails about a free gift in priority. The gift being 12 months free digital subscription.

I can't see anything about this offer in the app.

I have asked quite a few times on X and had replies but no resolve.

Would be good if I can access this offer

Meh, not everyone does Facebook or X, they need other methods to contact them, preferably with humanoid control and not just chat bots which have proven to be worse than useless most of the time.
