Hi,

I had a £2 Greggs e-gift card. It was yesterday that I claimed it but when I went to Greggs and scanned the QR code, it didn’t work and they said it’s a problem with the 02 app so I wasn’t honoured the £2 off. They told me someone else had the same problem that day.

Can someone please help?

Contact Greggs on X as they can help, as it the QR Code scanning is an issue with the there own app at times..
