02 Priority Blue Mondays Win Problem

Hi. I received a Ticketmaster gift card through the 02 priority blue Monday competition this week that has to be claimed through the app PRSNT. I have been in contact with PRSNT directly as I am unable to make an account with my mobile number as they say it is already registered. Is there another way that I can gain access to my giftcard instead of using the app PRSNT? Help needed from 02!!!

I very much doubt there is as the promotion is done via PRSNT, you should be able to sign up for a new account just using your email address, if not PRSNT should be able to remove your number or let you reset the password on that number.

Unfortunately you are at the mercy of PRSNT, have they not suggested an alternative??

Had same issue, all need to do is download latest version of Prsnt as it says, works then
