Can't access my presale tickets.

I bought tickets for bryan adams on o2 presale 2/10/24 as a gift for my mums 70th birthday. I had confirmation from ticketek of purchase and downloaded the o2 app as instructed to access tickets. Concert is on 15th may and beginning to worry about access now. I'm going round in circles as ticketek aay to go to o2 app or access through axs. Not showing on either and they refer me back to seller. Option given is to turn up 90 minutes before gand with picture id but at work until an hour before doors open. Any ideas or do I hope and pray they appear in the app?

You need to contact the promoter, in this case I would contact AXS , as there is nothing o2 can do as they pass you to AXS to purchase the tickets, give them a call on this number +44 0203 481 55 06.

I will say sometimes tickets dont appear until a couple of days befoer the gig, this is to try and preven touting etc
