Bought tickets on O2 priority, how do i transfer to someone else?

hello, my mum just bought tickets for her and her friends accidentally using my dad's details for an event via O2 priority and needs to transfer them to her details so they can still go without my dad going with them. Is there a way she can do this as it's stressed her out slightly about being able to still go to the event. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

O2 is just the middle man.
