O2 Academy app won't let me sign in

Every time I try to log in, the screen goes blank and does nothing. I have a gig tomorrow, and you can only use the O2 academy app for your tickets, apparently. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. Tried updating. Nothing has worked.

Never mind. I found a solution through the many one star reviews of the O2 Academy app. What a stupid, unnecessary extra step, O2.

If anyone is having the same problem, you need to uninstall the ticketmaster app to make it work.

Just to be clear o2 Academy's are run by a third party and are o2 only in name they are actually run by Academy Music Group and Live Nation, so the app is theirs and not o2..
