hi, the code isn’t working for either me or my husband. I had to set up an account during the process but I’ve never had a subscription. Please can you advise? Thanks in advance.

I presume you have this via Priority? If so and it's linked to O2, you need an account.

Click on the link in my post. It takes you to O2 on Facebook and the O2 post is about Reebok fitness

There is another link on their post, click on that and it will explain what you need to do.

PS: This is presuming you are discussing the Reebok Fitness app via O2's Priority Scheme.
