      <title>Priority</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to log in to my O2 priority app. I enter my phone number &amp;amp; it says it's sent 2 messages but I don't receive any. I press resend and still nothing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the same thing. It was alright in October but now this. What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You are very welcome - I hope the browser access worked, followed by the reinstalled app...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, easiest way to get O2's help is to reach out as per the guide above via &lt;U&gt;Social Media&lt;/U&gt; (use X/Twitter or FB Messenger, either one will get you through to the same team) and occasionally ping a reminder until you get an agent who engages with you,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5715535"&gt;@hashbrown3uk&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- beats hanging on the phone in a queue, or worse getting your call dropped after 45mins and having to start again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5715535"&gt;@hashbrown3uk&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had the exact same problem as you.&amp;nbsp; After the update the app worked fine on my Android (personal) but failed on my Apple (work).&amp;nbsp; I phoned O2 and they said it could be possible my work phone had further restrictions preventing access.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;After number times of deleting / rebooting etc I gave up.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Last time week I gave it one last attempt and it finally worked.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;- make sure once you have deleted the app reboot the phone.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I also believe there was a bug in the app as reading comments other users have had the same issue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Glad you got the app working on both your devices.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
