You are still showing the WRONG PHONE on my o2 Account

I been trying to get o2 to change the phone on my o2 Account from an IPHONE 15 in PINK which I DON'T HAVE AND NEVER HAD IT. My actual phone in my Hand is SAMSUG J3 and they still haven't changed it in my accounnt?

You can change it yourself in My O2.

I had a Pixel 3 on mine for a couple of years once - never changed, I used the method mentioned above by @Cleoriff to change it in my MyO2. Good luck,@DavidCrossley
