I ordered a new phone cause my old one is broken and I asked for a Samsung galaxy z fold 5 but says on my bills I got a iPhone 15and I haven't received it yet and I've been waiting almost a week and I'm through strated idk what to do

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you
