The 02 priority tickets app took me to Ticketmaster which showed O2 priority tickets open but will not let me buy.

Tried lots of times in the last 2 days.

Not impressed.

I once got a free coffee which was begrudgingly served with a grimace at Costa in Blackburn many years ago

I wasn't impressed then and to be honest there is no aspect of Priority that has impressed me since

So much so that I rarely, if ever, open the app now

You need to speak to Ticketmaster as they are the ones who sell you the tickets, and not really a lot o2 can do...
