Hi, I have been unable to use the free Greggs coffee offer for months. The app always shows the offer as sold out. But the coffee offer is supposed to be available all day. Is the offer no longer available? If so, can it please be removed from the Priority app. Thank you

I've never had a problem before 9.00am. Got refused at 9.10am a couple of weeks ago, my earliest ever refusal.

I’ve tried to redeem a Greggs coffee but each time I go to use it. The number of items is 0. One time Greggs did accept it but it doesn’t work in my local branch in Haverhill. I am confused as to why it’s not working.
