Its a bloody nightmare it was an employee gave me the link told me to come on here &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt; did think it strange when I came on here but I was at the end of my tether as 3 days been passed about &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt;tickets will have run out by the time its looked at by o2 as I've contacted them again after being on here. Thanks though.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
