There is a a link at the bottom of every page to a contact us page, so not sure how you missed it

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.

Just to mention the guide has been changed. Now a guide by @Martin-O2 which has nothing to do with contacting O2 at all. It's now a welcome guide. 🙄

Thank you everyone, yea i could not seem to find a number i was going around around lol, my bill went up and i wanted to know why as i'm on a set plan, it went up 17.9% infl lol what a joke
