topic App won't open in O2 Priority

App won't open

Good evening, I have just upgraded to the S23 Ultra, transferred my old phone across and everything seemed to be working fine. My issue now is the priority app won't open. I have cleared cache/data, uninstall the app, but nothing seems to work??

Any help appreciated.

Has the phone updated itself as well, @Handyman4490 - my Pixel 6a had weirdness until it applied not 2 but 3 System Updates, and a reinstall of the Priority App, @Handyman4490.

Good evening, yes I have completed several phone updates, playstore updates and uninstalled and reinstalled the app, to no luck.

It does happen at times, but you can always access Priority without the app until the next update to the app fixes it on your phone, @Handyman4490 -
