What is the matter with O2 Priority?

First the Peter Kay fiasco, then I find the cinema tickets are out of stock at 2 seconds past 2pm today!!

Depends how many O2 had allocated. It's not a lot.

As to Peter Kay, even Ticketmaster had problems with a queue of over 3000 within two minutes of going live.

I know that the number of Odeon tickets allocated is limited, but they've never gone so fast before - literally in a few seconds.

I would imagine that now VM customers also have access to Priority the speed at which they get used will increase @Adie52 .

Unless VMo2 choose to increase the number of available tickets (and this would be the same for any limited number item) then it will only get worse as more customer sign up...
