O2 Priority problem

I booked for the Tough Mudder via the o2 priority link and it has booked grand designs instead?
why has this happened and now tickets are sold out?

No one on here will know, it could be an error by the ticketing agent (It could be AXS or TicketMaster).

I would reach out to the ticketing agent
