Hi. I have o2 and virgin media but I don't see the option to sign up to volt. It just gives me the option to join virgin media and I don't need to do that as I am already signed up.

Hi @Emma1991 - if you search for Volt in the search bar above (or use the link @Cleoriff posted in her answer), you'll find many with similar issues (one long thread) - they are being resolved, just rather slowly. The Option to join if you have O2 and VM at the same address is way down the sign-up page - scroll down to check in your MyO2

You can contact O2 via Social Media, links below - and remember it takes up to 14 days to be applied once the link says "Your Volt benefits have been added":
