Wifi calling. Not working on 2 different phones on 02

Hi, we have three phones, two on 02 and EE, all Samsung

The Samsung S20+ and A50 Android 11 on02 won't work wifi all switched are on and preferred.

The S9 Android 10 is on EE that has the same setting as the other two phones

We have no mobile signal where we live, so wifi calling is a lifeline Help.

@Rhcomp You need to call O2 to activate it first and then you turn it on in My O2

Thanks for reply we have wifi calling from 02 on the both the accounts we both have had working to a Samsung upgrade on the phones 🤬

Just check my o2 wifi and 4g calling is on.
