Anyone else receive a free "just for being with us" reward (specifically 6 months if Disney+ free) from o2 Priority via email and not been able to claim it despite entering the personal code into the app?

Yes, quite a few have reported the same issue.

You need to call O2 to sort it out.

Hi there @MariaMcCrory , how are you getting on this week? I just wanted to check if you managed to find out what the issue was with your Priority reward code in the end, and if it was resolved for you?

The issue was finally solved last night (better late than never) after an email to the O2 resolutions team
I can now enjoy my first o2 reward in over 10years of custom.
Thanks to all in the o2 community for their help and concern
