How to purchase tickets

I am looking to get Youngblood tickets for Glasgow, I have registered with o2 priority and when I select get tickets it takes me to ticket master and from there I can’t do anything, I am signed in as I have used ticketmaster before however there are no options on the site just state o2 priority pre sale available, how do I go about getting the tickets?

I have just tried on my PC re Priority tickets for Youngblud. It took me through the process just fine.

Did you enter your phone number and receive a code by text? (that's what happened with my request)

I could have bought my tickets there and then @MI5 I went all through the process and was asked how many I wanted. I clicked one and the next step was payment. (As I didn't want the ticket I retracted and was asked if I wanted to release the ticket back for sale (to which I replied with a yes)

So they certainly were on sale when I tried.

Just tried again, as you can see I can purchase. The tickets reserved for actually does a count down. I had just over 2 mins to make my purchase.

It said on pre sale from 9.00am when I looked.
