      <description>I inserted my pay as u go sim, topped up £10 but can’t get in to priority, I get message saying there was a problem and we have been notified, please wait a moment and try again&lt;BR /&gt;This is driving me nuts live chat have done nothing, I want priority to book concert tickets</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3621931"&gt;@Coolcraig&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Firstly, try deleting the app, reboot your phone and then try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may also need to wait a couple of days for the number to update on the O2 system to allow you to register, so if you have only just activated the sim card, give it a couple of days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
