Used to be able to get a large mocha on the O2 offer, but now you can't.

You can get a large hot chocolate which is the same price as a large mocha, so doesn't appear to be a price issue.

Can you advise the thinking behind this before I renew my contract, as the mocha is my drink of choice and if I have to choose something else all the time, I'll be thinking of changing company as the other priority offers are getting less and less appealing.

Don’t know of any other network that would give you a free Mocha(or hot chocolate for that matter). Seems a bit extreme to cancel your contract because a free offer has changed. And let’s be honest you’ve had free ones up to now so it can’t be all bad surely? Personally I don’t drink coffee all that caffeine can’t be good for you🤪🤪🤪😄
