O2 priority tickets not working - Garbage Kew the Music

I have been trying to buy tickets for this since the presale went live at 10am

I am signed in to the website fine

The 'buy tickets' link on this page https://priority.o2.co.uk/tickets/5c0e4b0f652205003eb9576a/garbage-at-kew-the-music?topCategory=TICKETS&subCategory=TICKETS

just continually redirects back to https://priority.o2.co.uk/tickets

It's acting like a broken link. I've tried both on chrome on my PC and on safari on my iphone. Any other presale page the 'buy tickets' button takes you to a map of the venue etc to select tickets.

Whats going on?

@emma1 Other then the tickets being sold out I can't understand what's going on.

We've not heard about issues with this pre-sale @Cleoriff but I'm checking and will let you know if I hear anything back.

I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties getting tickets for this gig, @emma1; if I receive any update around this I'll post it here

Finally got it to work, just kept clicking

Weird, but at least we have our tickets now.
