If you have an email that's all you need as confirmation of purchase.

You will receive further confirmation and tickets nearer the date of the gig

Oh sorry. You mentioned email in your first post?

Have you had any type of confirmation at all?

If you bought the tickets yesterday you may well get confrmation today.

If not then contact customer services and ask for someone who deals with Priority.

Or you could call Ticketmaster direct.
