<title>topic Broken phone, need PAC code in Tech Support</title>
    <link>https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Tech-Support/Broken-phone-need-PAC-code/m-p/1476852#M8984</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;My phone has broken and I can't see the screen. I am an O2 customer but found a better deal to shop external (sorry O2!) but I'd really like to keep my number. I think I need a PAC code but can't send a text, is there another way to get this? Or an easier way to end my current O2 contract and start with my new O2 contract via Mobilephonesdirect.com ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
