Incoming Calls

Hi,

Not sure if I have chosen the correct "board" however, I have an issue with incoming calls.

My phone is next to me, has a full signal, doesn't ring but then sends a text to say I have a missed call. This started about a week ago and keeps happening. I am a real technophobe and have no idea where to start.

Can anyone please help me?

First thing to try is to remove and replace the sim card as sometimes they get a build up of static on them.

If that doesn't improve tings, pop into your local O2 store for a free sim swap.
