      <description>&lt;P&gt;No problem &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/857040"&gt;@jenn1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Further info here &lt;A href="https://20203.samsungpromotions.claims/janpreorder-phone/en-GB" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://20203.samsungpromotions.claims/janpreorder-phone/en-GB&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;which you will have had , as you have already sent a claim in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will have to wait 30 days until claim is considered, just in case you send the phone back. A samsung claim usually take 45 days in total.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
