      <title>Bad signal at home all of the sudden</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used to have good signal at home but recently it seems to keep getting worse. Stuck with 1 bar of signal at home now which isnt great.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both myself and my wife are on 02 and both experiencing same issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried the usual steps but still just 1 or if im super lucky 2 bars&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Calls constantly cut out or im told by the person I am on the phone to they cant hear me or vice versa.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apart from changing to another provider are there any other steps?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It didnt used to be like this but its getting tiresome now&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Nothing seems to change.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;O2 tells me I should have good 2G, 3G &amp;amp; 4G&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not really sure what the my network app is meant to do apart from tell you everything is great when its not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Signal checkers are only theoretical computer simulations unfortunately&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4385607"&gt;@Renji99&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So never 100% accurate and cannot predict indoor signal very well as building construction can effect signal also.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ive got a relativly new Samsung Galaxy direct from o2 so assume it would be active for Wifi calling already.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think its working. Not sure how to test apart from if my calls dont drop or sound better&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Seems its a problem with 4G.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3G and 2G full bars, but 4G 1 bar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wifi calling is working for now but O2 are investigating as potential fault in area.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for everyones help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
