Hi, I’ve recently noticed charges on my bill for this month because of receiving a text from 79050 on 24th December 2020 which I believed to be a scam so I ignored it. Please can you assist in sorting this? I’ve found no other way to contact O2, phone lines are down, chat is disabled on the app. Many thanks.
