    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just joined o2 and selected eSIM as my delivery option for a sim only deal. Despite following the guidance online, nothing shows in myo2 account - can’t even track the order.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;tried the my o2 app that refuses to sign me in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what gives?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having received eSIMs on 3 different networks the one I would avoid is O2. They make things overly complicated and their systems are rubbish.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Take it you have followed these instructions&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;LI-PRODUCT title="eSIM - How to activate" id="1762356"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another option is to call into an O2 store with Photo ID. You could chose then between eSIM or plastic&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to update for anyone in the future. I went to bed and woke up to a text about my spend cap that I had set. Thought I’d try logging in and my eSIM was there waiting for me&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😁&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seems it takes a few hours for the system to update.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
