My swop of my number has gone wrong for the second time.. leaving me with no working phone at all.. just when I am planning to be away for the weekend. After a 60 min call they have primised to fix it in 4 hours but I have no faith it will work.. the last request was on the 18th of Nov and it's only just been actioned. (I was tole it would only take 48 business hours) As I am travelling along to the city for the weekend and will be 100% reliant on my phone I'm now wondering whether to go or not, neither numbers work, any suggestions to escalate this would be mucha appreciated. I am on the verge of going and buying a new contract with Voda.
