    <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a new iphone 16 plus and live in a rural area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ever since i have had the phone - 2 weeks! it has not worked at all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trying to gert throught to O2 is a nightmare - i do not have all day to wait to speak to someone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customer service is awful!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any ideas what i can do please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5864156"&gt;@NeilB47&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you on PAYG or Pay Monthly?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Pay Monthly, it should be enabled by default on your account, and just needs enabling on the phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pay As You go - it is been rolled out by the end of the year to all customers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Why are you on o2 if you have barely any signal,,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
