    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried ordering the iPhone 17 pro max passed the credit check was paying upfront cost of £200. The second I accepted the payment through my bank the screen crashed and went blank.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I didn’t receive a confirmation email either. Rang o2 sales team and was told a refund in 72 hours which would have been yesterday, as the order hadn’t gone through on their side.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the refund isn’t in my account and since disappeared from pending transaction.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How long will the refund take and who do I need to contact if it’s not in there by 8 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It can take your bank up to ten days to release the funds back to your account, &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5857633"&gt;@Niy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- but it looks like you already have the contact details for the O2 sales team if the balance does not appear in your account by then.&amp;nbsp; Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
