      <description>&lt;P&gt;Assume you are not PAYG.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is little to no 3G in France which PAYG needs to make calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If Contract then making sure 4G Calling (VoLTE) is on is a must. (Mentioned in post by &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/24643"&gt;@MI5&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
